Responsibilities

• Maintain records, inventory equipment, and replacement parts.
• Repair building systems, guest rooms, lighting, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Maintain operational conditions of guest rooms and department assets.
• Coordinate with other shifts to minimize downtime on projects.
• Respond to emergencies and act as a maintenance representative for the department.
• Document work requests via CMMS on a daily basis; follow up as needed.
