Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• 1 year lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in maintenance of buildings, labs, offices, and grounds.
• Direct work of staff on maintenance, repair, and equipment upkeep; manage inventory & security.
• Coordinate procurement, receipt, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Oversee contracted services and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
