Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Fleet Mechanic to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and fleet assets. You will ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency while minimizing downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, and certification in forklift/aerial lift operation. Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility and fleet maintenance in industrial environments.
• Proficiency with pumps, motors, hydraulics and speed/feed systems.
• Valid forklift and aerial lift licenses; Journeyman card or ability to obtain one.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Complete repairs and diagnose issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and 24-hour work orders.
• Maintain safety training compliance and participate in programs.
• Utilize MAXIMO/CMMS for documentation and tracking.
