Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a skilled Truck Repair Technician to join our Facilities and Fleet Operations team in Lake Orion, MI. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a diverse fleet of light- to heavy-duty trucks, ensuring safe, reliable operations and timely service to our clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of truck repair experience, ASE certifications are preferred, and a valid driver's license. Union-represented, with 2nd shift and on-site work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in truck repair and maintenance, including diesel and gasoline engines.
• ASE certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, diesel engines, or medium/heavy trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures on trucks using diagnostic tools.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and DOT compliance checks.
• Repair or replace components such as starters, fuel systems, cooling systems.
• Maintain CMMS records of maintenance, parts usage and service histories.
