Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of Hershey-area office buildings, fleet vehicles, supplies, equipment, and tooling. The role tracks schedules, identifies improvements, and ensures safe, compliant operations within budget.

Responsibilities include vendor management, building repairs (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing), inventory control, and logging maintenance data. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge and experience with building and equipment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of company equipment, vehicles, and tooling.
• Coordinate vendor maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
• Manage building maintenance and coordinate repairs (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing).
• Organize and maintain shop and storage areas.
• Coordinate tooling, supplies, and calibration for field projects in Hershey area.
• Maintain office equipment and systems.
• Manage contractor relationships for service and pricing.
• Maintain maintenance logs and related costs; report via databases.
• Occasionally perform field services to support projects.
