Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst Maintenance Planner at its Lawrence, KS plant. You will coordinate maintenance, calibration, and repair activities to improve equipment reliability and production effectiveness within Hershey’s manufacturing environment.

Key tasks include planning preventive maintenance, analyzing equipment data, and collaborating with operators and technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in maintenance planning or related areas.
• Ability to interpret maintenance information and support technical decisions.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, and repair practices.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and complete maintenance, repair, calibration, and equipment-support work.
• Own recurring preventive maintenance routes, inspections, or related work cycles.
• Gather and analyze equipment data, apply structured troubleshooting methods, resolve moderately complex issues.
• Support small technical and continuous-improvement initiatives by completing assigned tasks, validating changes, and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain clear work documentation and communicate technical findings, risks, and observations to peers and leaders to support planning and corrective action.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other plant partners to coordinate work and support reliable manufacturing operations.
