Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with building and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Coordinate vendor service for vehicles and HVAC.
• Manage building maintenance and repairs with contractors.
