Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Maintenance Manager to lead facilities operations for a high-profile site in the Lehigh Valley. The role requires strong executive presence and the ability to engage with senior leadership while directing maintenance, custodial services, and vendor management.

You will manage a team of about 10, oversee HVAC and infrastructure, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of senior leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations management.
• Experience leading teams in a facilities/building operations environment.
• Strong understanding of major building systems, including HVAC and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of custodial operations and facility troubleshooting.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with clients and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for facilities management operations, including maintenance and custodial services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a complex, 24/7 manufacturing and commercial site.
• Lead a team of ~10 associates, including skilled trades personnel.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as primary contact for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery of high-standard custodial services and facility upkeep.
• Oversee building maintenance, HVAC systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors for service quality and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
• Drive operational excellence through metrics, process improvements, and leadership practices.
• Own site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
