Job summary

Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness (WPHW) is growing, and we are excited to be adding a Facility Coordinator to our team. You will be the first contact for visitors and materials for our Wabanaki Public Health and Wellness buildings, working with the Director of Facilities to keep communications and schedules harmonized and to assist in repairs and vehicle management.

This permanent, full-time role requires independence, clear communication, and willingness to travel to our properties.

Qualifications

• Must be independently motivated and able to work solo or in a team.
• Effective communication, including basic computer operation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Visits to all properties are required as part of the role.
• Must pass all background checks as per program guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with eligible driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive guests, service technicians, and deliveries.
• Receive, inventory, and route packages and deliveries.
• Perform Building and Safety Inspections as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and facilitate repairs as needed.
• Manage fleet vehicle tracking and logbooks.
• Maintain asset and supplies databases.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Collaborate with management on department budgets.
• Process work orders and ensure timely response.
• Keep records of facility use, maintenance schedules, and compliance data.
• Communicate facility needs across departments and resolve issues.
• Assist in yearly facilities budget preparation and special budgets.
• All other related duties as assigned.
