Job summary

Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness (WPHW) is growing and seeking a Community Prevention Manager to lead programs serving elders, veterans, families, and tribal communities across the Wabanaki Territories. This role focuses on community-driven, data-informed prevention, wellness, and culturally grounded initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
3–5 years of program management or related experience.
Experience supervising staff in tribal/community settings.
Experience with grant-funded programs and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for elder, veteran, and community prevention programs.
Develop work plans with grant administrative staff and monitor performance.
Ensure culturally responsive and trauma-informed program implementation.
Oversee grant-funded activities and ensure compliance with funders.
