Job summary

Cherokee Federal at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, seeks a Financial Analyst (Mid) to manage budget execution, funding documents, and reimbursable agreements. This onsite role requires a CAC and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

You will produce monthly status reports, support shop-rate analyses, and ensure audit-ready records while coordinating with the Civil Engineer Financial Manager.

Qualifications

• CAC is required and the ability to pass DoD clearance.
• Minimum five years of financial-analysis experience.
• Experience with government financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, reconcile, and track funding documents.
• Ensure funding activity aligns with DEAMS.
• Prepare monthly funding-document status reports.
• Track CES spend plan, obligations, and 80/20 compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly budget-execution reviews and reports.
• Support reimbursable invoices and cost validation.
