Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is hiring a Budget Support Specialist to provide financial support for a government customer at Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam in Honolulu, Hawai'i. The role focuses on managing funding realignments, budgets, and related financial processes in DoD systems.

The position requires 5+ years in government financial operations, strong data analytics, and proficiency with CFMS-C, SABRS, STARS-FL, and CRT, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD financial management operations and related systems.
• 5+ years in Government financial management operations with data analytics expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and English communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Process funding realignment requests and record in CFMS-C and SABRS.
• Reconcile funding authority data across CFMS-C, SABRS, and CRT.
• Handle FDR packages and ensure KSDs are uploaded and validated.
• Generate ad hoc budget execution reports per guidance.
• Assist budget formulation and data calls; perform data mining and validation.
• Record NECCPAC labor transactions and reconcile with WYPC.
• Support CRT data automation and participate in testing.
• Maintain contract execution tracking and research incomplete data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
