Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Budget Support Specialist to provide financial support for a government customer at Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam in Honolulu, Hawai'i.

Responsibilities include processing funding realignments, reconciling data across CFMS-C, SABRS and CRT, and preparing ad hoc budget reports to support execution and planning. Requires DoD financial mgmt experience and active clearance.

Qualifications

• Five or more (5 +) years' experience working in Government financial management operations.
• Expertise in data analytics and DoD appropriations; knowledge of Navy financial systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process funding realignment requests by generating DSs using CFMS-C and record entries in SABRS.
• Reconcile funding authority data across CFMS-C, SABRS, and CRT; resolve discrepancies daily.
• Process FDR packages in CRT; verify KSDs and budgeted amounts; forward to government for approval.
• Review funding execution reports against metrics and report corrective actions.
• Maintain contract execution tracking sheet and research incomplete data.
• Create ad hoc budget execution reports per guidance and on request.
• Support budget formulation and data calls; perform data mining and validation.
• Record NECCPAC labor transactions; reconcile SABRS labor data to WYPC; respond to data calls.
• Participate in data automation via CRT; attend meetings and provide feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
