Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operations, maintenance, PO creation, and invoice processing to ensure client contract compliance. You will collaborate with the Regional Operations Director, facilities management, engineering teams, and vendors to optimize expenditures and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in facility management, business or finance.
• Understanding of budgets and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for multiple sites and vendors; own order-to-cash for regions.
• Process invoices and support budget adherence.
• Ensure delivery on contract promises and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the account.
