Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America seeks a Vice President, Corporate Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization, partnering with the CEO, CFO and senior leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and performance. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Significant leadership across Corporate Finance and FP&A.
• Experience overseeing payroll and/or timekeeping functions.
• Strong understanding of labor economics, workforce analytics, productivity.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and operational leaders.
• Finance transformation, process improvement, automation, technology initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, influence and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Financial Strategy and translate business strategy into actionable financial plans.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Provide executive insights on revenue, costs, KPIs, and performance trends.
• Lead evolution of management reporting and financial analytics with dashboards.
