Job summary

USA Lacrosse is seeking a knowledgeable SR Manager, Facilities & Field Operations to oversee daily operations, safety, and maintenance of our headquarters facility, including Tierney Field. This role manages budgets, relationships, and regulatory requirements while supporting performance of the building and campus.

The position also supports revenue generation by promoting and renting Tierney Field and campus facilities for events, partnering with marketing to attract teams and organizations

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management, event planning, and/or sports operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing facilities used for event rentals preferred.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HQ operations including National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Museum and Tierney Field.
• Manage facility projects: repairs, renovations, and grounds maintenance.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedule and oversee vendor contracts.
• Prepare operating budgets and report on facility operations.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency plans.
• Supervise interns and volunteers for events.
