Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Experience in facility operations or event management preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of athletics facilities and support spaces.
• Develop and manage facility schedules for practices, games, camps, and events.
• Establish and implement operational procedures and facility use policies.
• Manage facility preparation for home contests and special events.
• Coordinate venue setup/ breakdown for special events and ensure collaboration with internal teams.
