Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and execution for the Non-Profit Ecology Program
• Coordinate load-in/load-out of assets for events
• Monitor CMMS and dispatch Work Orders
• Support coordination of temporary rentals, staffing and services for events
• Provide administrative support to Facilities Department
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues during events
• Document repairs and maintenance and ensure safety standards
