Entry-level position with on-the-job training.
Six months' experience or education equivalent may be substituted for one year of related work experience.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting and stooping and be able to use various equipment.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to keep facilities, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Complete facility work orders, including basic repairs and cleaning.
Prepare meeting spaces for daily events, including setup and takedown.
Set up chairs, tables, and other equipment for events.
Provide incidental services related to events, such as garbage removal or cleaning.
Unloading equipment or supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
