The role collaborates with the Event Operations Supervisor, Event Coordinator, and Director, contributing to efficient operations and a positive attendee experience. Requires attention to detail and ability to work on-site across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in events preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event spaces including tables, chairs, linens, signs, and decor.
• Prepare audio-visual needs (projectors, screens, sound connections).
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Coordinate with Event Coordinator and Director on needs and changes during events.
