Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in logistics, moving, transportation, or mail delivery.
• Ability to use a computer/electronic tablet.
• Pro-active with effective time management.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral comprehension.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and driving eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Execute timely setups and breakdowns for events per diagrams and specs.
• Safely move and arrange event furniture and equipment with care.
• Coordinate with organizers and facility supervisors for adjustments.
• Inspect spaces pre/post events for layout, safety and cleanliness.
• Perform custodial and maintenance duties to support facilities.
• Assist with internal moves and asset transport across campuses.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly.
