Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise all facility maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted production of industrial gases.

You will provide technical direction, plan maintenance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The role requires extensive plant experience, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of CMMS, ISO standards, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher preferred for facility leadership.
• CMMS and CAD experience required or highly desirable.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the Clearfield facility buildings, manufacturing and R&D operations.
• Initiate and manage improvement and repair projects for operations and facility equipment.
• Manage facility and plant maintenance group.
• Approve and oversee contractors.
• Attend daily operations and coordinate with Corporate Engineering.

JOB SUMMARY

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations within the facility to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe, uninterrupted production of industrial gases. This role provides technical direction, coordinates maintenance planning, and leads continuous improvement efforts that support operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Essential Functions

• Provide management capabilities tofacilitate the overall maintenance of the Clearfield facility buildings, manufacturing and R&Doperations.
• Initiate and manage improvementand repair projects for operations and facility equipment and systems.
• Manage facility and plantmaintenance group.
• Approve and oversee contractors.
• Daily attendance
• Work in conjunction with CorporateEngineering on all projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies andstandards

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Preferred -Associate's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree Trade School or College degree

Work Experience

• Preferred - 10+ years Ten or more years in plant and facility operation / maintenance management
