Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade School Certification or military engineering experience required.
• Minimum 10 years in building maintenance/engineering.
• Advanced proficiency across plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering department operations and staff.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Manage resources, including staffing, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, CMS, FGI, ASHRAE and related standards.
