Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade school certification or military engineering experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the engineering team and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate regulatory and preventive maintenance inspections and support facility improvements.
