HonorHealth is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Phoenix to lead the daily operations of the facilities engineering team. You will oversee Building Engineers I-IV, coordinate maintenance programs, and ensure safe, reliable building systems across our campuses.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive multi-trade experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and a solid track record of regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of the engineering team (Building Engineers I-IV).
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials to support operations.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and compliance with NFPA, CMS, FGI, ASHRAE.
• Support facility improvements with healthcare leaders and PDC partners.
