Job summary

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is seeking a Supervisor of Facilities to oversee engineering maintenance and building repair across a 24/7 operation. You will review work orders, assign daily tasks, and ensure proper stocking of supplies and equipment while coordinating with leaders to meet immediate department needs.

The role calls for strong leadership in process improvement, small project management, and the ability to cover shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade, technical or military facility maintenance training.
• Minimum five years in facility maintenance, healthcare preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering maintenance and building repairs.
• Review work orders and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain supplies and equipment inventories.
• Coordinate staffing for a 24/7 department.
• Lead process improvements and manage small projects.
• Perform shift coverage and PM work as needed.
