Qualifications

• Broad formal training in building maintenance and plant operations.
• National Boiler Operator License (I/II/III) upon hire.
• 10+ years of building maintenance and plant operations experience.
• Experience with building envelopes, finishes and equipment.

• Lead facilities engineering operations and supervise staff and vendors.
• Plan work, schedule, and track work orders; monitor life safety systems.
• Advise on design, construction, and operation of plant systems; manage budget.
