Cabinetworks Group is seeking a plant Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering leader in Arkansas to manage engineering functions, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee TPM initiatives, equipment projects, and ISO 14000 certification, while mentoring a team and coordinating with operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing operations, and 2+ years of supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing operations experience.
• 2+ years supervision experience in maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
• TPM experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and travel up to 10% (including international).

Responsabilidades

• Manage research, justification and implementation of plant and equipment improvement projects for the capital budget.
• Achieve positive budget results in support of plant operations.
• Ensure clean safe work environment through Facility Safety Program management.
• Monitor and ensure facility environmental permits and regulations compliance.
• Obtain and preserve ISO 14000 certification.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma CI processes by driving uptime through TPM and Poka-Yoke development.
• Manage plant equipment modifications and setup adhering to safety and functionality standards.
• Lead and develop direct reports to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
