Job summary

A leading building materials manufacturer in Denver is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance activities and ensure safety and efficiency at the plant. This role requires strong leadership and a BS in Engineering, along with experience in engineering management and TPM methods. You will coordinate facility maintenance, manage budgets, and lead improvement initiatives, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role.
• 3+ years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities including maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate and oversee employees who repair and maintain building/facility.
• Manage engineering and installation phases of new equipment.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance systems.

Skills

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience

Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, VSM

Strong data analysis skills

Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CMMS

Experience with AutoCAD

Education

BS Degree in Engineering
