Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Process Engineer (Level 3/4) to optimize and standardize facilities processes across multiple sites, with a focus on training, tool integration, and process adoption. The role is based primarily on-site with Palmdale, CA options and involves 25% travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or engineering.
• Strong skills in process mapping and workflow design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize standardized facilities processes for multiple sites.
• Coordinate documentation updates to changing requirements.
• Lead RCA investigations into critical facility failures.
• Design and execute change management plans for software updates and process changes.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for staff.
• Collaborate with site leaders to align local needs with standard practices.
