Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or MS in STEM with 5+ years of facilities experience, or 9+ years without degree.
- Experience interpreting building and utility drawings and making revisions.
- Experience with AutoCAD and collaborating across organization levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, operation, repairs, and planning of facilities mechanical infrastructure.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce ownership costs while maintaining reliability.
- Prepare training documents and SOPs for facilities processes and equipment.
- Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms on design criteria and drawings.
- Generate cost estimates for projects and equipment replacements.
