Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking an Engineering Manager to direct daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building systems across the property.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, coordinate complex projects, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. You will guide teams, allocate resources, and drive operational excellence to protect assets and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of experience managing large, complex commercial facilities including maintenance, construction, trades, and energy programs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of projects with budgets and timelines; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train engineering staff; manage day-to-day workflow and performance evaluations.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with other leaders.
• Help staff troubleshoot prototypes and complex technical problems.
• Oversee project logistics and secure needed resources for the team.
