Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking an Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will develop the business plan with the Director of Food & Beverage, coach managers and staff, manage budgets, and maintain safety and compliance while delivering guest satisfaction and profitable results. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong scheduling, cost controls, and collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Five to seven years restaurant management experience.
• Serv-Safe and RAMP certified.
• Proficient with POS systems and responsible gaming program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the restaurant's business plan and budget.
• Adhere to and enforce all department and company policies.
• Supervise, train, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Maintain open communication across all department personnel.
• Ensure quality control, consistency, and timeliness of food and beverage service.
