Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive hospitality excellence, and coordinate front-of-house with culinary teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, guest experience, and operational oversight.

The position requires managing budgets, training staff, ensuring food and service quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance. It offers a dynamic, high-energy casino environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Ability to analyze and interpret restaurant operational results.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure.
A variety of tasks and deadlines requires irregular work schedule.
Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drinks.
Manages areas of responsibility to enhance the gaming experience for Live! Casino & Hotel in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Development of staff to include training, interviewing for hires, conducts disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations.
Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment; delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
Review departmental status with Food and Beverage Director.
Develop and manage programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
Meets with directors and managers as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
