Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking a Facilities Mechanic III to ensure safe, reliable operation of building systems and to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and life-safety equipment.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to identify issues, and the capability to perform repairs to minimize downtime and protect guest and Team Member comfort. Day shift: 7:00am-4:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical school training may be desired.
• 5 years of building maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be necessary.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Maryland non-gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain the Casino, Hotel, and Event spaces.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Inspect and report issues encountered during work.
• Repair drywall, wallpaper, flooring, ceiling, and furniture as needed.
• Monitor fire alarm, temperature control, lighting, and access systems.
• Respond to leaks, power or HVAC outages, or fire alarms.
• Other duties as assigned.
