• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in engineering/maintenance; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.
• Two-year degree in Building/Construction, Engineering, Mechanics or related field with 2 years experience; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of Engineering.
• Manage physical plant including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems.
• Oversee grounds, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and public spaces.
• Act as technical liaison for all departments and supervise engineering in the Director's absence.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies and energy conservation programs.

Education
