Butler America Aerospace, LLC. Pottsville facility seeks a results-driven facilities and maintenance leader to guide CAPEX projects and oversee maintenance operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency at the Pottsville plant in Pennsylvania, coordinating with EHS and operations to meet current and future plant needs. The role requires a BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical degree is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with supporting equipment maintenance and process improvements within a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience using AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX projects from estimating through completion; oversee onsite contractors for safety and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and manage equipment and process development to meet plant requirements and future needs.
• Lead maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient performance and regulatory compliance.
