You will oversee reliability programs, manage budgets, and develop a ~30-person team while occasionally traveling to the second facility to provide oversight.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading industrial maintenance teams and managing plant facilities.
• Working knowledge of machining, toolrooms, or in-house fabrication of production tooling and replacement parts.
• Ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets, and technical personnel across manufacturing operations.
