Qualifications

• Open availability to work any day or night.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and replace tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, locate shut-off valves.
• Order and stock parts; maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
• Inspect equipment; operate power lift.
• Complete life safety checklist and generator tests.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarms.
• Assist in disaster response protocol development.
• Respond to guest repair requests.
• Visually inspect tools and machines.
• Move/lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Climb ladders/scissor/boom lifts up to 50’.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as required.
