Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in commercial plumbing including potable water distribution, sanitary drainage, and backflow prevention.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
• Multi-skilled across HVAC, electrical, and central utility plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and hot water equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing infrastructure and associated piping, traps, and fixtures.
• Monitor water quality, pressure, temperatures, and flow; document readings and adjust as needed to meet codes.
