Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on reducing downtime, ensuring safety, and supporting client occupancy across assigned buildings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering, with HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical repair experience, plus a CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment. On‑call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, building interiors/exteriors, and production equipment.
• Study and familiarize yourself with equipment and required methods to use them properly.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P‑card receipts daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call‑in work.
