Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep building systems, electrical and HVAC equipment operating efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and energy management tasks in a luxury retail setting.

The role requires technical training and 2–5 years of related experience, with the ability to work after hours during peak seasons. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical field required.
• 2–5 years of building maintenance experience or 4 years apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment and maintain safety logs.
• Inspect facility equipment such as vertical transportation, boilers, generators and HVAC.
• Order maintenance supplies and assist Regional Manager with maintenance expenses.
• Assist Regional Manager with execution of capital planning projects.
• Maintain energy management systems including lighting using Trane Ensemble Software.
• Support building systems such as POS and telephone systems.
