Neiman Marcus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of store systems in Scottsdale, AZ. You will repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and related equipment, ensuring reliability and safety. Qualifications

Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in Mechanical or Electrical field.
Two to five years experience or four years apprenticeship or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical field.
Background in building maintenance, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Perform weekly preventive maintenance on building equipment and maintain safety inspections logs.
Inspect facility equipment including vertical transportation, boilers, generators and HVAC.
Order maintenance supplies and assist in managing maintenance expenses.
