The role requires 2–5 years in mechanical or electrical fields, with a focus on building maintenance. Strong communication and the ability to lift and climb are needed; after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in mechanical or electrical field or apprenticeship.
• Background in building maintenance, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with teams or independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with peers, management, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on building equipment and envelope with logs.
• Inspect facility equipment including boilers, generators, HVAC, and lifts.
• Order maintenance supplies and assist in managing maintenance expenses.
• Support capital projects and energy management systems like lighting control.
• Respond to after-hours calls; overtime may be required; support POS and kitchen equipment.
