Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with 2 years of relevant work experience or technical degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent work experience in this discipline may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute facility engineering projects applying engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements; drive project quality and contingency planning.
• Assess design change impacts and implement mitigation to protect operations and product quality.
• Support high-impact projects with scope, schedule, cost controls, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead facility expansions, upgrades, renovations across the project lifecycle; ensure readiness.
• Provide technical leadership in facility and utility design, including HVAC and clean utilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear project scopes and incorporate emerging technologies and improvements.
• Develop technical documentation and support audit readiness for inspections.
