Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic building systems knowledge and safety awareness.
• Experience with preventive maintenance is preferred.

• Ability to work under safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
• Ensure building systems stay in compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintain energy management practices for efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
• Follow safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for operation.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues; support CBRE values.
• Lead by example and help build consensus across teams.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
