Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school considered.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses may be required by local jurisdictions.
• Proven hands-on maintenance experience in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections to ensure equipment operates within design specs.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
