Walmart Energy is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for onsite energy across U.S. stores, Sam’s Clubs, and Supply Chain facilities. You will drive cost savings, resiliency, and clean energy through portfolio development and capital planning.

The Walmart Energy Onsite Solutions team focuses on enhancing resiliency and reducing energy costs across stores, clubs, and supply chain assets. This team leads strategic initiatives by fostering collaboration across business areas to achieve shared objectives. Utilizing financial analysis and business development expertise, members drive impactful partnerships and innovative solutions. The team applies critical thinking and negotiation skills to address complex challenges while aligning with overall business strategies. Emphasizing safety and operational excellence, the team supports sustainable growth and advances Walmart’s energy management efforts through continuous improvement and effective leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business, finance, or related area and 6 years’ experience in utility operations or related area. 8 years’ experience in utility operations or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Energy Manager, experience in building systems design, controls, or operations., experience negotiating contracts or terms of service agreements., Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field, Project Management Certification, Project management experience
