Job summary

Walmart Office/Facilities in Marietta, GA seeks a facilities leadership role to direct HVAC, electrical, and critical power maintenance, manage complex projects, and ensure EPA compliance and energy reduction initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of facilities management experience, along with EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Experience directing multi-discipline maintenance and proven project management.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
• Oversees budgets, contracts, and material requisitions; approves invoices.
• Leads regional field operations, sets goals, and evaluates contractor performance.
• Drives energy reduction initiatives and EPA compliance programs.
