Job summary

Advocate Health in Aurora, CO, seeks a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility systems.

You will diagnose, install, and maintain building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems; operate building automation systems; and participate in on-call coverage.

Requires 4+ years experience, technical training, and a valid driver's license; on-site, first shift with weekend on-call.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in a technical field.
• 4+ years in industrial/trades maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems.
• Diagnoses and fixes Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
• Installs and maintains building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Operates and monitors complex utility equipment and BAS for troubleshooting.
• Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings for accurate tasks.
